WOMEN'S SOCCER

Overall: 3-15-1 • Big Ten: 1-10-0

• The Maryland women’s soccer team saw an uptick in goals in its first season under Ray Leone, up to 21 from 17 in 2015.
• Transfer additions Chelsea Jackson (9), and Jarena Harmon (8) paced the team. Freshman Jlon Flippens led the squad with four assists. All but one of Maryland’s goals were scored by players who will return in 2018.
• Senior Hope Gouterman started all 19 games and was Maryland’s Big Ten Sportsmanship Award winner.
• Maryland placed 11 student athletes on the All-Big Ten Academic team.
