  • The Maryland gymnastics team featured a young squad and welcomed one of their best freshman classes, including Canadian National Team member Kirsten Peterman
  • Senior Emily Brauckmuller earned All-Big Ten Second Team honors on floor after anchoring the team in the event for the entire season
  • Freshmen Kirsten Peterman and Alecia Farina stepped up as all-around competitors for the Terps
  • The Terps earned a 49.450 on floor on Feb. 24, which tied the program’s third-highest team score in the event in Maryland history.
  • The team hit a groove through the middle of the season scoring a 195 or higher in six straight meets with no falls counted.
  • Maryland sent four Terps to NCAA Regionals: Sarah Faller, Emily Brauckmuller, Alecia Farina and Kirsten Peterman
