  • Maryland made strides during its second season in the Big Ten as the Terps saw a three-win improvement in conference play and reached the league tournament for the first time.
  • Maryland freshman Arnelle Sullivan was selected as the ITA Atlantic Region Rookie of the Year and the ITA Player to Watch for the Atlantic Region.
  • Sullivan played in the top two of Maryland’s lineup all season long and tied for the team lead with 11 singles victories. She also teamed with Ekaterina Tour to win nine matches in doubles.
