GALLIGAN
- (2015) After appearing just 14 times in his first two seasons, Galligan worked himself into one of the best relievers in the Big Ten last season, appearing 27 times and tossing 62.1 IP with a 2.74 ERA.
- (2015) Started three games and recorded 58 strikeouts while holding opponents to a .218 batting average. He notched four wins and played a critical role in Maryland advancement to its second consecutive Super Regional.
- (2016) Named to the NCBWA Stopper of the Year Award (given to the nation’s best reliever) award watch list.
- (2016) Boasts a 3.00 ERA and leads the Big Ten in appearances with 19.
- (2016) Also a key team leader who serves as the Vice President of SAAC
GEOFFREY ALEXANDER // WRESTLING
- 4x NCAA Championship qualifier
- Only 10th wrestler in program history to record 100 wins
- Went undefeated (6-0) in Big Ten duals in 2015-16

TSUBASA ENDOH // MEN'S SOCCER
- Born in Japan, learned English language and became a Big Ten All-Academic performer his senior season
- Second Team All-Big Ten selection
- Led Maryland to fourth consecutive league championship – was named Big Ten Most Valuable Offensive Player in the tournament
- Started in all 21 matches for the Terrapins
TOM HARRIS // MEN'S GOLF
- Played in nearly every tournament over his four years
- Senior leader on this year’s team of rookies and underclassmen
- Picked up first career individual win in the Janney VCU Shootout in September 2015, as well as led team to team win in the same tournament; tied for first place at Kepler Invite for second individual title
- Named Big Ten Golfer of the Week and to Big Ten Players to Watch list
QUINTON JEFFERSON // FOOTBALL
- 2015 All-Big Ten selection; invited to 2016 NFL Combine
- Widely regarded as one of locker room’s best leaders and role models
- Balanced school, football and family; husband and father of three children
- Ranked second on the team in sacks (6.5) and third in tackles for loss (13.5)
JAKE LAYMAN // MEN'S BASKETBALL
- Four-year letterman who led the Terps to consecutive NCAA Appearance and their first appearance to a Sweet 16 in 13 years (2003)
- Is tied with Juan Dixon for the most all-time career games played (141) at Maryland
- Guided Maryland to 114 wins in his four seasons in College Park
- Led Maryland to back-to-back 27-plus win seasons for the first time in program
- Led Maryland to a combined 55 wins the past two seasons and an impressive 26-10 mark (.722) in its first two seasons in the Big Ten
- Earned All-B1G Ten conference honors in his junior and senior seasons
- One of just 12 players in school history to record more than 1,400 points (1,436) and 600 rebounds (674)
