JACK HEISE AWARD
Service by a team manager

DEPASE
- Serves as an invaluable member of the baseball staff, handling a variety of game day and practice responsibilities over his four years.
- Is responsible for all laundry efforts on all road trips.
- Is at the field prior to practice/games to set up apparatuses for hitting and bunting practice. Runs the team’s bunting practice efforts prior to home games and practices. Cleans up everything after practice.
- Helps in scouting and analysis efforts during games, recording pitch velocity, charting pitch location and marking the outcome of every pitch of the game for easy breakdown for coaches.
- Helps with administrative duties when needed.
- Stepped in and handled all food ordering responsibilities in addition to his normal duties as the lone manager at the Los Angeles Regional after another manager was unable to attend

- Dedicated time in the office to help organize team banquet and events
- Helped plan alumni gatherings
- Supported community outreach events
JOE GLOWACKI // WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
- Four-year manager for the Terps that has approached every task with the same positive energy
- Helps schedule all managers
- Assists with everything from equipment to social media posts
LOGAN GRENLEY // VOLLEYBALL
- Served as manager since freshman year, working his way up to head manager
- Logan works relentlessly, dedicating countless hours to helping the director of operations
- Assists with travel plans and meals in addition to helping with video, stat breakdowns and practice
BEN KESSLER // SOFTBALL
- An invaluable member of the softball program, Ben has served as the team’s lone manager the last three seasons
- In addition to manager duties, Ben also serves as the team’s Sports Information Director – handling all publicity, interviews, statkeeping and social media accounts for the team
- Manager duties include supporting the team and coaching staff in all capacities, assisting with practices, game and travel and food orders, among many other duties
MIKE WILLIAMS // MEN'S BASKETBALL
- Student Manager for the men’s basketball program for the past three seasons
- Analyzes and edits game film for coaches and players using Synergy Sports and SportsCode
- Prepares equipment for practice and games; Assists coaches with workouts
- Design social media graphics for games and other events using Adobe Photoshop
- Tireless worker who travels with team for all road games
