Track & Field Stadium
University of Maryland

Since 1995, the Kehoe Track & Field Complex has served as the home for Maryland’s Men’s and Women’s Track & Field programs. During this time, the men’s and women’s teams have combined to produce 19 All-Americans and multiple Olympians, in addition to smashing numerous records. It was also the home of Captain Florent Groberg, who would go on to be awarded the Medal of Honor for his heroic acts in Afghanistan.

It is time to give the Maryland Track & Field team the home it deserves. With a total project cost of $9 million, this stadium upgrade will benefit over 90 Terrapin student-athletes annually.

The opportunity to have a new dedicated track & field facility for our program would mean the world to our team. Our student-athletes have continued to make their mark with Big Ten podium finishes and NCAA appearances. The new facility will be the next step to demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting our student athletes and will aid in future recruiting. We look forward to having a top level facility where we can also host the local community and bring high caliber competition at all levels to our campus.
