• Took a young team to great heights. Earned an NCAA Regional birth and Maryland’s first participation in the Big Ten Championships evening session.

• 2018 Big Ten Coach of the Year

• Terps went 21-8 and 6-4 in the Big Ten while helping Audrey Barber and Alecia Farina earn All-Big Ten honors.

• Led his squad to the fourth best score in program history, and the best of his tenure (196.575).

• Bars score of 49.300 in that same meet was the third-best score in program history.

Women's Basketball

• Helped lead lineup of three freshmen, a sophomore, and a junior to first team win in five years, since 2012, with win at Nittany Lion Invitational in September

• Team shot a 282, lowest score of the tournament, in the second round of the Nittany Lion Invitational

• Team has finished in the top half in four tournaments this year

• Three freshmen led the country in freshman production

Field Hockey

• Named NFHCA Regional Coaching Staff of the Year

• Led team with five freshmen starters to NCAA Championship game

• Maryland started the season at 6-5, then won 11 of 13 games to end the season to make a run to its 18th NCAA Final Four as a program.

• Coached six All-Region honorees, four All-Big Ten selections, two All-Americans and one Honda Award nominee.

• The Terrapins picked up nine wins over ranked teams, including five over top 10 teams. They beat No. 6 Penn State, won at No. 3 Virginia, No. 2 Duke in the Elite Eight and beat No. 3 Michigan in the Final Four

Women's Lacrosse

• Led the Terps to an 23-0 record in 2017 and to the team’s 14th National Championship

• 2017 Big Ten Coach of the Year; led Maryland to the Big Ten regular season and tournament titles

• Coached five All-Americans, five All-Big Ten selections, the National Midfielder, Defender and Goalkeeper of the Year, as well as the Honda Award and Tewaaraton winner

• Has the Terps on a 70-game win streak in College Park, and a 125-2 overall record in CP (as of 4/4) while holding a 269-49 overall record as a coach, including a 238-20 record in 12 seasons at Maryland (as of 4/4)

• Through 4/4, the Terps are ranked No. 2 and are 10-1 this season
