J.J. BUSH
J.J. Bush came to Maryland in 1972, beginning his work with the Men’s Basketball team, a team that made two NCAA appearances during his four-year stint. From 1976 to 1979, he was the Assistant Athletic Trainer for the Terrapin Football team and served as the Head Athletic Trainer from 1979 to 1992. In 1992, he returned to Cole Field House and resumed his duties with the Men’s Basketball team. Over the course of 30 years, J.J. accompanied the Terrapins to 9 bowl games, 14 NCAA tournaments, including 7 Sweet Sixteen appearances, 2 Final Fours and the 2002 National Championship.
In addition to his training room duties, Bush taught courses on care and prevention of athletic injuries in Maryland's School of Public Health, and has lectured throughout the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States.
DOTTI WARREN
Dotti Warren began her time at the University of Maryland in 1980 working on campus in Personnel Services. After 12 years, she moved over to athletics and began working in Football as an administrative assistant. During her time here, she became lose with many student-athletes who she is still in contact with today. Ten years later, Dotti took her talents to the M Club where she worked for 19 years. After 41 years of service to the University of Maryland, Dotti retired in 2011.
