• Performs all managerial duties while battling cystic fibrosis – all while maintaining a positive attitude
• Always goes the extra mile, cutting film for the coaches on a regular basis
• Director of the campus-wide “Great Strides Walk” to benefit cystic fibrosis research and is also a Boomer Esiason Foundation Scholarship winner
MORGAN EPPS
Gymnastics
• 2-Year Manager
• Spots gymnasts on uneven bars to ensure safety
• Handles the team’s film editing and breakdown
• Helps set up and break down the apparatuses on meet day; helps adjust the equipment for each gymnast’s needs
• Assists the Terps in practice and organizes the team’s floor music
MEGHAN KANE
Baseball
Junior
• Served as a manager for Maryland since her freshman year. Is now a baseball operations student assistant, who works directly with director of ops Matt Swope.
• Works countless hours in service to the baseball program, and is in charge of travel efforts and logistics on the road. Coordinates flights, hotel rooms, food and laundry.
• Provides help to the coaching staff in charting different statistical the team needs to achieve during a given game.
• Coordinates food efforts at all home games.
• Helps with administrative duties and assists with social media.
KYLE SIMPSON
Football
Senior
• 4-Year manager
• Played a large role during practice with the arrival of Coach Durkin
• As the senior manager for football, he was able to adapt to the new drills and challenges that were different from him previous 3 years.
• He helped guide the other student managers to do the same.
• He also was a great asset for building the 5 custom helmets that the team wore throughout the year.
